Who we are

Fitlane is a virtual try-on service for clothing stores, run by Ihor Pidhainyi, Athens, Greece. For anything about your data, write to contact@fitlaneapp.com.

Demo requests

When you request a demo, we receive what you enter: store name, website or Instagram, your name, email, preferred contact channel and handle, product links or photos, and any note. We use them only to prepare your demo and talk with you about it. We don’t sell them or use them for advertising.

The details are stored in our database (Supabase) and sent to us by email and Telegram, together with any product photos you upload. We keep them while we are in contact, and at most 12 months after our last conversation, unless you become a customer.

Shoppers’ photos in a fitting room

When a shopper uses a store’s fitting room, their photo is sent to our try-on provider (FASHN) only to create the try-on image. Photos and results are deleted automatically within 3 days. Stores don’t receive or keep shoppers’ photos. We keep only an anonymous count of try-ons per product for the store’s monthly report.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to the email above. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. Fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.
